We are well aware that many of our guests would much rather be at home; that not everyone thinks staying in a hotel is a treat, that eating out is not always the be-all and end-all. These are some of the thoughts behind our accommodation concept; Frogner House Apartments are a little home away from home for people spending time in Oslo.

The first Frogner House Apartment was on Skovveien, in the heart of Oslo's traditionally well-heeled, yet fashionable neighbourhood Frogner. We have tried to recreate the same ambience from this part of Oslo in all our premises: the smell of fresh croissant, the romanticism and nostalgia of Oslo's west end, the friendly early-morning welcome at the local shop.

Home away from home

We think it is important that our guests can make their own breakfast in the morning - and be able to invite a colleague up for coffee after work without having to sit on the bed. We know it is important that there is a blanket on the sofa, wine glasses in the cupboard and candles on the table.
